Artist, George Pappas, presents at Apothiki his first solo exhibition titled "Views Towards People". The theme of the work revolves around two topics derived from everyday life. The first is titled "Curves" and the second "Electronic Communications". The works are created with pastels, oils on canvas and paper, and more. The works are visually interesting and visitors will have a chance to think about the issue they bring up and how it connects to daily life.
Throughout this exhibition, educational workshops will take place on this issues of obesity and the use of multimedia.
George Pappas is a graduate of the School of Fine Arts of Paris and an architect. In 1974 he created his own company in Paris where up to 2005, he worked as an architect with projects such as schools, houses, colleges, theaters, non-profits, and more. He taught Architecture at the School of Fine Arts in Paris from 1974-1978. He has been honored many times throughout his career. From 1991, he has taken part in many art exhibitions in France and Greece.
